There are so many ways businesses and organisations can stand out in this category. It might be extra steps you have taken to support your staff’s welfare; it might be something to do with the recognition and rewarding of great talent, or having a superb new training and development package or investing in your office environment.  So, whichever yardstick is used, businesses that see their people as their top resources will simply have to enter this category.

The judges will be looking to identify a business that has set and achieved objectives within its business plans and established a position of sustainable profitability and success.
